Nuclear Green Palythoas were once one of the most highly sought after and overpriced corals in the hobby. It is not difficult to see why as they are beautiful corals. Luckily due to significant propagation of these hardy corals their pricing has gotten to be more reasonable. In 2024 we started to add the word Zoanthids to the description as many venders, hearing hobbyists don't want dangerous Palys, just started calling these Zoas. These contain the same amount of toxin no matter what name they are sold under.
Like all the corals currently listed from TerraReef, this specimen is an aquacultured coral.
It is very important that you are aware of the care requirements of these corals before ordering. Please take some time to read some information from a few sources.
This item is a "stock item" meaning the coral you receive may not be the exact one in the picture, but a clone similar in appearance. Sometimes we include images of our mother colonies as well to give an idea of what the corals will grow into under proper care. Approximate size range may also vary between individual specimens.
